Welcome to our CAIRN Autism Forum
CAIRN Forums are a
great way to get in touch with others in the autism community,
to share experiences and ask for advice or information.
To participate, just
fill out the Online Registration Form, located by clicking on
the upper right-hand menu selection marked Register. Once registered,
you will be able to log on to the Forum, post queries and comments,
and generate new topics for discussion. Please remember to record
your username and password as you will be asked to login to the
CAIRN Autism Forum on every visit.
Participants
are encouraged to offer opinions, experiences and strategies.
Our goal is to get all members of the autism community talking
to
one
another
and
sharing
information
that will generate relevant and meaningful new research leading
to good, evidence-based interventions that help children with
autism spectrum disorders lead better lives.
Each group will be
moderated to ensure that the ongoing discussion is relevant
and
appropriate. Our moderators have been carefully chosen from each
participant group, i.e. a policy maker will moderate the Policy
discussion, a clinician will moderate the Clinicians Issues,
and so on, and they will have the authority to censure any inappropriate
comment.
