McGill’s Health Sciences and Osler Libraries Selection Criteria (http://www.health.library.mcgill.ca/resource/criteria.htm),

and the evaluation checklist produced by Queen’s University (http://library.queensu.ca/inforef/guides/evalchart.htm) are currently available.

All are reliable sites with good descriptions or directions for use of their criteria.
